About Us

our ethos 

To thrive – not just survive.

We chose the name Project Balance for a specific reason. In order to have a healthy mind you need a healthy body, but in order to have a healthy body you need a healthy mind. We also can’t forget our heart (core connections) and our spirit (our life force, our breath). All these elements need to be in balance with each other to create a sense of harmony. So many of us spend our lives in survival mode. We believe in empowering each individual by teaching them the tools to help them not just survive but thrive.
