Project Balance CIC provides benefit to communities through a whole person holistic approach including physical and mental wellbeing activities. This will be delivered through a fully funded, structured programme of on-going body and mind workshops that seek to engage, empower and educate each person. The activities aim to create an integrated approach to mental and physical wellness and to work in collaboration with established services. The structured programmes can be run on a 4, 8 or 12 week basis with up to 12 participants in each programme.
