This type of deep tissue massage benefits anyone who has been involved in physical activity, not just for athletes or those undertaking extreme physical pursuits.

Reiki Massage

This type of massage combines the benefits of a deep tissue massage with the alternative therapy of Reiki. Reiki is often seen as a holistic therapy, addressing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of well-being. Reiki is based on the belief that there is a universal life force energy that flows through all living things. Practitioners aim to tap into this energy and transfer it to the recipient to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Once the deep tissue massage section of the treatment is completed, you will be covered up and then the practitioner may lightly touch various parts of the head and body. The touch is typically gentle and non-invasive.
